Shipping Methods
Items purchased will be shipped by UPS Ground
within the continental United States, unless otherwise
requested by buyer. Items will ship, typically, within
2 to 3 business days for all in stock items.
Systems and kits will typically ship within 5 to 7 Business
days for all in-stock items. Delivery time
for products built to buyers specifications will
be quoted either in the items description, or
by e-mail at the time of purchase. We pride ourselves
on our speedy handling of orders, and customers are
often surprised at how quickly they received their products.
If there is going to be a delay shipping your order
(such as being out of stock or for any other reason),
we will contact you with the expected ship date. We
insure all of our customers' packages. We also offer
expedited 2nd Day Air, Next-Day Air, and skidshipping
for larger orders (contact your sales associate for
details). Shipping deliveries are based on business
days and UPS operating schedules. We are happy to accommodate
any special shipping needs. If you have any questions
about how best to ship a product, feel free to contact
us and we'll be glad to help. Buyer is responsible for
all shipping costs up front. We provide a convenient
Shipping Calculator with most products so
you know up front your cost to ship. Multiple items
purchased will be combined, where possible, to save
on shipping.
Payment Methods Accepted
We accept VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER AMERICAN
EXPRESS, and PayPal. You can also pay for your purchases
by Cashiers Check, Money Order, Bank Transfer, etc.
We accept Personal Checks, however, checks must clear
before product will ship. Your credit card will not
be charged until product availability is confirmed,
and your order is ready to ship. We guarantee that your
transaction online will be 100% safe and secure.
Return Policy
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS
On rare occasions customers may receive a product that
fails out of the box. Defective products
must be reported within 10 business days of receipt.
Many times, these problems are related to configuration
or other technical issues. We offer free technical support
to solve these issues. Item(s) not being compatible
are not considered defective/DOA. In the event that
tech support determines the product is defective, we
will require a cross shipment guarantee to be completed
and faxed back to us. We will then ship a replacement
product with either a return label or we will send UPS
to pick the item up. Please pack the item in the same
way as you received it, with all required components,
manuals, etc. The product will be tested and inspected
upon return. If the item is not defective, a diagnosis
charge and return fee of up to 10% of the purchase price
may apply. Beyond the allowed DOA period, the manufacturer's
warranty takes effect. All warranties are carried out
directly through the manufacturer of the product. Feel
free to contact us for manufacturer contact information
if needed. If you have any problems getting warranty
assistance from the manufacturer, please let us know.
We'll do all we can to help. CheckUsFirst Marketing
will handle manufacture Warranty on all Point of Sale

NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS
We strive to make your purchase quick, accurate,
and easy. It is important to verify an item is compatible
with your software or operation prior to ordering it.
We will not accept return of products after 20 days.
Returns are costly for us to handle, and often returned
items cannot be resold as new. We only hope to offset
this expense on a per case basis, versus increasing
prices substantially for everyone. ALL returns require
a return authorization number (RMA#) from customer service.
To insure the quality of product customers receive,
CheckUsFirst Marketing will only accept returns that
are 100% complete and in NEW, UNUSED condition.
Factory sealed returns are subject to a 10% re-stock fee or $10 per item, whichever is greater.
Open box returns are subject to a 15% fee or $25 per item, whichever is greater. The item(s) must still be in COMPLETE, NEW and UNUSED condition.
OTN (Other Than New), Refurbished, & Used returns are subject 15% re-stock fee or $25 per item whichever is greater. Items must be in the same condition as when shipped.
No shipping charges will be reimbursed. Customer will pay for return shipping charges.
Failure to return the item(s) in the COMPLETE original packaging will result in refusal. This includes any external boxes used, manuals, disks, accessories, packing materials, and said packaging is not damaged, marked or otherwise not acceptable for resale.
All returns are inspected upon return. This process can take a couple of weeks. Please allow 24 weeks from the return date for credit to be issued.
Software, consumable supplies (paper, ribbons, ink cartridges, etc.), special order items and parts are non-returnable/non-refundable. Special order items are any items not available at our online store. Please make your selections for these items carefully. Most software has a demo version available, which we recommend you review prior to purchasing the software.
Low Price Guarantee
Our Low Price Guarantee refers only
to items sold as New and does not apply
to item sold as OTN (Other Than New), Refurbished,
or Used. All items that do not carry a New
designation will have their condition and warranty,
if any, clearly stated in the items description.
All items sold as New carry a full manufacturer's
warranty! Most of the items warranties are at least
one year from the date of purchase. All items sold as
New from this site are 100% factory new,
in the original packaging with all manuals and included
accessories (if any). We guarantee the lowest overall
cost over our competitors published delivered cost.
Our pricing is up front and honest. In the event you
find a better price, carefully note the EXACT Web address.
You will have to present this to us. CheckUsFirst Marketing
offers you a great value in offering a full-time staff
to provide the best service and technical support. If
you feel someone is a real competitor, in terms of service,
support and overall value, we'll happily match their
price. To dispute our price, simply place your order.
Note in the comments section while checking out the
exact site address (link to the page) and price. If
they do not CLEARLY OFFER FREE TECHNICAL SUPPORT, and
the same CABLES and ACCESSORIES, we will not honor the
request. Otherwise, we will issue a credit for the difference
and notify you of our findings. The site must be 100%
publicly accessible. Membership only sites do not apply.

Bulk pricing is available on some items. You

You can also use the contact form to submit a request
to our sales department. Include the manufacturer, model,
color, interface, etc. and contact information. We'll
do our best to find it for you!
To request to be a Reseller
To request to become a reseller of our products, you
must fill out the Reseller information sheet and submit
to CheckUsFirst Marketing Administration for approval.
Resellers are required to purchase at least $5,000.00
in product a month, or aresubject to reevaluation. Upon
acceptance of reseller status, you will be issued a
user name and password to get you into the special pricing
information (not otherwise offered to non-resellers),
technical support, and special hours of operation for
resellers portions of our web site.
Holiday Season Shipping:
As you know, the holidays can overwhelm the
major shipping companies. Our carriers (UPS and FedEx)
do not guarantee any ground shipments to arrive on schedule.
This means our standard 37 day free shipping may
arrive a couple of days late. We will do all we can
on our end to get shipments processed quickly to help
offset this as much as possible. However, we can only
do so much during the holidays. For urgent shipments,
we recommend overnight or 2nd day air service.
Shipping Outside The United States
For shipping outside the United States we ship
UPS WorldShip with the packages insured. For shipments
to these locations, please allow a processing time of
5 to 7 business days.

notice. In the event that a price is found to be incorrect
or a product is not accurately depicted (features, etc.),
