Welcome to the Clancy/Carter Cottage Web Page. The cottage is on the west side of beautiful Higgins Lake, Michigan. It is available during the summer months for weekly vacation rentals, and in the off season for weekly or daily rental. Recreational activities abound in the Higgins Lake/Houghton Lake Area. From swimming, fishing, and boating in the summer to snowmobiling, and skiing in the winter. The cottage is located close to Higgins Lake, with a boat launch within a few hundred yards.
